Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Details

Please carefully review our Shipping and Return Policy before purchasing our products. We offer FREE shipping on all products. We have a 3-5 day average time for expected delivery of all products. Please note that our expected delivery times  are given in good faith and are only estimates. The JQ Factor is not liable or responsible for USPS, Fed Ex, or any 3rd party mail delays. Shipping tracking will be applied to all JQ Factor orders. Please note that shipping may be delayed in rare instances because of US observed holidays.

Return Policy

 Thank you for choosing the JQ Factor for your retail therapy experience. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you decide that you no longer want the unopened product purchased, for any reason you may return it to us for store credit or exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, place the item securely in its original package when possible and mail your return to the following address:

PO Box 68696 Indianapolis, IN 46268. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Opened items cannot be excepted for return or exchange. For defective or damage products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
